I’ve spent more than 20 years building, scaling and transforming digital technology businesses. I began my career in Sales & Business Development at industry-defining pioneers in digital advertising — ValueClick and DoubleClick — where I learned first-hand how technology adopted at scale can disrupt and reshape entire markets.

I took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Vidify in 2009, spending several years across every aspect of building a scaled online video business — from investment and team hiring, to product development, sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Those lessons shaped the next phase of my career, moving into fractional growth and technology leadership roles across early stage B2B SaaS startups and scaleups.

More recently I’ve operated in the global marketing services sector, where I’ve led digital transformation and technology strategy for global organisations including Tag Worldwide, ADM Indicia and Paragon Global Brands. At Paragon I oversaw a successful multi million pound digital transformation programme, including an ERP migration across 20+ markets, cloud data platform implementation, as well as overhauling the entire productivity tech stack for 400+ employees.

Today, I combine my experience as a founder, operator and digital transformation leader to provide fractional support to Founders and CEO’s looking to accelerate growth, scale effectively and navigate technology change with confidence.
